Hi there, I’m Theresa Nordstrom... I've been a senior recruiter across small, medium and large businesses for 20 years.
Throughout my career, I've witnessed a huge issue with small and medium sized business owners being able to attract the right talent to their companies, and it's only going to get worse in 2020 and beyond with such a massive pool of people looking for jobs.
Some business owners might see the pool of talent as a good thing. And, yes, having access to more qualified people is great.
But, on the flip side, I am seeing CEOs having to shift through literally THOUSANDS of job applications for one position.
CEO's with a growing business in this environment are challenged enough without having to spend the time trying to find the right resume in a sea of "bleh".
